Senior Research and Business Intelligence Analyst

Cheshire Constabulary has an exciting opportunity based within its Research and Analysis team who are looking to recruit a Senior Research and Business Intelligence Analyst.

The role will assist in the production of corporate research, intelligence and analytical services to support intelligence and risk led decision making.  The post holder will also supervise both staff and processes to improve operational and organisational performance.

The successful candidate will be skilled in:

  • Research methods, including statistical analysis, surveying, holding focus groups and interviews.
  • Data protection legislation and developing data sharing protocols,
  • Data visualisation and presentation.
  • Using a variety if information sources to draw conclusions and make recommendations.
  • Defining and developing customer requirements.
  • Leading a team.
