We are seeking to appoint officers with the following skills and experience:

Qualified Detective Constables & Detective Sergeants - PIP 2 Accredited Detective.

As a Detective, we would expect you to be able to evidence suitable experience at the relevant rank regarding some of the following areas:

  • File building
  • Disclosure officer
  • Exhibit handling
  • Family Liaison Officer/Coordinator
  • Interviewing
  • Digital Media Investigator
  • Large volume documentary or CCTV analysis work

To apply as a Transferee you must:

  • Be a serving Police Officer in a Home Office Force.
  • Have satisfactorily completed the period of probationary service in the rank of constable.
  • Have no outstanding discipline or integrity issues.

Successful applicants will be aligned to a Transferee intake date.
