A secondment opportunity is now available for an experienced analyst to work with North West Motorway Police Group, based at the National Highways Regional Control Centre at Rob Lane, Newton Le Willows.

This is a new role to support the Policing operations across the collaboration area covered by NWMPG to proactively bring together intelligence from across the region and partner organisations to support roads policing assets in the region.

The role is to support the collaborations objective to deny criminals the use of the road network and look at the opportunities to disrupt all levels of criminality across the strategic road network in the Greater Manchester, Merseyside and Cheshire regions. This includes County Lines, modern slavery and other criminality. The analyst will also have the opportunity to look at ways of reducing killed and serious injury collisions on the regions roads and to support the Regional Commercial Vehicle Unit.

This role is Scale 5/6 the salary scale is £24,576 - £29,331
