We have an exciting opportunity for a Maintenance Coordinator to join the Estates Department based at Police HQ in Winsford.

You will manage the reactive maintenance repairs reported by customers/in house team ensuring the delivery of reactive maintenance to customers across multiple sites for both the force and Cheshire Fire and Rescue Service.  These sites include owned and leased properties, which vary in age, condition and function with numerous complex requirements. You will manage the service desk and directly employed labour.
