The People Services department are looking for an enthusiastic and innovative team member to join our dedicated senior management team.  We are an ambitious team wanting to make a difference to peoples experience at work.

The successful candidates will be responsible for the design and delivery of the organisational design and learning & development elements of the Force’s People Strategy, working with senior leaders to identify and problem solve key strategic people issues.  You will provide advice which allows the Force to understand the current and future positions in relation to culture, development and training needs to create a learning environment where everyone has the opportunity to develop and realise their potential.

As well as offering a competitive salary, the successful candidate will also receive 32 days annual leave + bank holidays, flexible working and a pension.
