We have an exciting opportunity for an Administration Assistant to join the Cheshire Constabulary Command Team.

In this role, you will be responsible for providing support to the Command Team and Staff Officers in respect of both force and national work.  You will provide general administrative support to the Command Team, including the ordering of stationery, managing internal and external mail received, booking of meeting rooms as well as managing the Chief Officers diaries in relation to travel arrangements.

As the Administration Assistant, you will liaise with key departments across the force such as IT Services, Health & Safety and Estates to ensure the smooth running of the day to day business.  You will also oversee technical requirements including the arranging and setting up of video conferencing.

If you have a comprehensive understanding of computer packages, excellent keyboard skills, high levels of customer service and have strong organisational skills with the ability to pay attention to details, then we would love to hear from you.
